IN BOSNIA.

Reconciliation begins with speaking the truth: the Republika
Srpska is an entity of genocide. Therefore it has no right to exist. Dayton and the RS must be replaced by a modern European constitution.
JANUARY 9, 1992 -
STARTING GOT FOR GENOCIDE IN BOSNIA.
Today 9 January is “celebrated” as the “founding of the Republika Srpska (RS) by
extremists and racists, by politicians like Dodik, Vučić, Putin. It was
proclaimed at the time by a war criminal, Karadzic, who had meanwhile been
convicted.
This entity is soaked with the blood of tens of thousands of innocent (!)
Victims of genocide who were murdered in Prjedor, Foča, Srebrenica and Žepa, and
hundreds of other towns and villages from just one: because they were not Serbs.
January 9, 1992, around the founding of the Republika Srpska are nothing less
than the price for the largest genocide in Europe since Hitler and Stalin.
There is more to it than Srebrenica, terrible as it was there. Up to the almost
8,400 civilians murdered in Srebrenica in July 1995, there were already over
90,000 innocent victims of a planned genocide in the previous years, which
systematically expelled and murdered all who were not Serbs. And that happened
after centuries of peaceful coexistence in villages, towns and families.
GENOCIDE IN THE RS-
In eastern Bosnia the planning and execution of the genocide in
the name of folk politics has begun.
What today, as Republika Srpska, makes up 49% of the territory of
Bosnia-Herzegovina and significantly less population, was built on murder,
torture, looting, displacement and rape by a scrap of political leadership - and
tolerated by the international community.
Anyone who says that Europe has learned from the terror of Hitler and Stalin
should look at the Republika Srpska as proof of the opposite.
Only when this creature of war crimes disappears with the help of
Europe will Europe have at least partially paid off its guilt.
1992 THOUSANDS OF TARGETED LIQUIDATION
In 1991 there was also a census in Bosnia.
Karadžić and the other war criminals knew from this current census who was a
judge, who was a doctor, who was a teacher, etc. They knew from the data where
these people live.
These people were deliberately murdered in order to break the intelligence of
the non-Serb population, the backbone for the future, to destroy them in the
core.
Centuries-old places of worship were razed to the ground, that was what happened
again in World War I and in World War II.
The centuries-old peaceful coexistence of Bosniaks, Croats and Serbs as well as
others (such as Jewish Bosnia) should be destroyed forever.
There was mass rapes, there were concentration camps, there was looting, there
was everything that was available to exterminate the population.
Again - the victims' only "crime" was: They were not Serbs.
Those Serbs who behaved normally, that is, civilized, civilized, who wanted to
protect their neighbors, were among the first victims of the barbarians. These
Serbs were particularly hated by the Serbian racists and were almost everywhere
liquidated first.
HISTORICAL ORIGINAL -
THE HOLOCAUST
The racist leaders of the Republika Srpska, together with war criminals from the
leadership of the Republic of Serbia, used a method that copied the principle of
Hitler's National Socialists.
It was about driving out and destroying everything that was not Serbian.
The will to annihilate Milosevic and Karadžić, and the others, equals that of
the Nazis in the Holocaust;
the perpetrators just lacked the means to implement it, because it was a
different time.
Even concentration camps were set up, people there tortured, killed, raped and
more in unbearable ways.Even
children were not spared.
That is why the Republika Srpska is a product of genocide.
ARMBIND AGAIN -
LIKE WITH THE NAZIS
In Prijedor and other cities, the non-Serbian population had to wear white
armbands so that criminals, looters, rapists and militias could treat these
people as fair game, kill, torture or rob them.
BLASPHEMY - GENOCIDE AND SERBIAN ORTHODOX CHURCH
There is no other legal or illegal state in Europe after Hitler that sticks so
much blood.
For no other territory has brutal racists murdered so brutally.
It is a crime against all peace-loving religions that the perpetrators refer to
the blessing of the Serbian Orthodox Church and thus also to Christianity in
total blasphemy.
Here too, the responsibility of the perpetrators in priestly robes must finally
be dealt with in all openness and clarity.
BRUTAL BLOCKADE OF NATO -
BY MITTERRAND AND MAJOR
This genocide developed just a two-hour flight away from countries that,
hopefully rightly, consider themselves civilized.
Incidentally, so was Bosnian society, which ignorant and arrogant diplomats and
politicians often looked down on.
Ignorant and barbaric was the attitude of those European governments which,
contrary to all oaths that war, massacres, genocide and mass expulsions should
NEVER come back in Europe, AGAIN did nothing seriously to prevent this disgrace
for Europe.
Important European governments watched and bought, as in Europe terror and
violence once again cost millions of lives, health and homeland.
The reason: among the responsible people in Europe were those, above all with
the then President of France, Mitterand, and the Prime Minister of Great
Britain, Major, who were nothing less than nationalists, who were not the
universal principles of human rights,
but nationalist visions, imperial thinking of the 19th century, was important.
They were concerned with zones of influence, so-called national interests, the
blocking of supposed great power interests of the newly reunified Germany, and
other nonsense.
SOMETHING BETTER THAN SERBIAN NATIONALISM
I experienced this brutal nationalism in the foreign policy of these two
European nations in meetings and discussions in London, Paris, Brussels and
elsewhere, and it made me angry, less illusory and harder.
As a result of this blockade by nationalists, Europe was unable to agree on
effective steps to protect the people of Bosnia-Herzegovina.
Europe was divided, also eaten away by nationalism, even if it was presented to
the best with champagne glass in hand at diplomatic receptions.
In essence, it was hardly better than Serbian nationalism.
My conclusion for the attitude of many diplomats in Europe at this time was and
remains: primitiveness and human contempt were concealed and cultivated at a
high diplomatic level.
NATO - A PAPER TIGER
With these political blockades within NATO and the meaningless communiqués,
which only express that there is supposedly nothing to be done, the most
important military alliance in the world was degraded to a paper tiger.
From conversations with the then NATO Secretary General Manfred Wörner and many
of the military, I know how much this political blockade even troubled him and
them personally; the powerful military possibilities should not be used to
protect human rights, to stop genocide and aggression.
This nationalism in Europe, especially in London and Paris, raged and blocked
the Western alliance behind the scenes. This nationalism and a way of thinking
from the imperial 19th century in allegedly cultivated capitals of Europe de
facto made genocide possible and protected racist war criminals almost to the
end.
LIKE HITLER'S "MY FIGHT"
The so-called founder of this parastate Republika Srpska, the self-proclaimed
President Karadžić, had openly announced in the parliament in Sarajevo what kind
of vision he had for the future and Bosnia-Herzegovina: he had announced that
the Muslim population of Bosnia-Herzegovina would fall independence will be wiped out.
Just as Hitler announced the extermination of the Jews as his goal in "Mein
Kampf", the war criminal Karadžić, who was accepted as a negotiating partner by
many Western and Eastern diplomats and politicians for years, also announced in
advance what was then implemented he was supported by the other war criminal Milošević and another war criminal
Mladić, as well as many criminals and war criminals at the local level.
1992: HELPER MILOSEVICS
2021: PRESIDENT VUČIĆ
The then young Serbian extremist Vučić was one of the supporters of the Greater
Serbia project.
For one Serb, he declared in 1995 as a member of the Serbian parliament, 100
Muslims would die. Vučić said this a few days before the genocide in Srebrenica,
you can see it on YouTube.
This Vučić was, among other things, the propaganda minister of the war criminal
Milosevic.
This Vučić then became general secretary of a party whose chairman Šešelj was
also charged with war crimes. When Šešelj did not return from the war crimes
tribunal after years, Vučić left his party and followed another Serbian
extremist into a new party that was now supposed to advocate European values.
This Vučić later rose with this one newly founded party to the position of Prime
Minister of Serbia. This Vučić, who wants to see 100 Muslims die for a Serb and
who has long defended the war criminals Milošević, Mladić and Karadžić, who as
Minister of Milošević had Serb journalists persecuted, is now President of
Serbia. He is considered a so-called "strong man", in English "strongman"
Journalists and lawyers are living dangerously again in Serbia today.
Vučić is also having independent journalists prosecuted again, is considered the
richest man in Serbia and is said to have excellent contacts with organized
crime.
Just like Milošević back then.
According to Serbian journalists and analysts, he has now concentrated more
power on himself than his boss, the war criminal Milošević, at the time.
1992: HELPER MILOSEVICS
2021 PARLIAMENT PRESIDENT
IVICA DACIC
One of the closest employees of Milošević, after his death successor as party
leader of the Socialist Party of Serbia, Ivica Dačić, was in the meantime Prime
Minister and Foreign Minister, together in a government with Vučić. He is now
President of the Serbian Parliament. He is also a fan of the Republika Srpska,
but even more a fan of a Greater Serbia that has yet to be established. Serbian
racists and nationalists consider this a completely legitimate idea, they just
don't understand why the West objects to it.
Serbian President Vučić is now being courted by European diplomats and
politicians as so-called Europeans. A solidarity with Russia's dictator Putin
and China's dictator Xi Jinping is closer than his only tactically friendly
relationship with Chancellor Angela Merkel.
Serbia's President Vučić is still on the road for the Greater Serbia project.
The EU is still subject to the erroneous belief that, without coming to terms
with these deeply anchored attitudes, one could convince the nationalists and
racists of Serbia of a modern European concept of nation-state and community of
states.
MONTENEGRO 2021
COUP THROUGH SERBIA AND RUSSIA
What happens when the West does nothing can currently be seen in Montenegro: In
the shadow of European self-employment and self-deception about Serbia, in the
small neighboring state of Serbia, the Republic of Montenegro with only 600,000
inhabitants, with massive support and manipulation of the Republic of Serbia,
the Serbian- Orthodox Church and especially special units from Russia, a
so-called coup from above.
Through never-before-seen, massive purges in the government apparatus and
unconstitutional takeover of the security institutions by a controversial prime
minister, who ostensibly in the name of combating (actually existing) corruption
is doing everything to bring about a failed Russian coup a few years ago against
the then aspiring to NATO Montenegro can now be implemented successfully. It
looks like it will work. Europe and the US are busy with other issues right now,
and Serbian nationalism and racism are just disappearing under the political
radar.
JOE BIDEN 1992:
STOP GENOCIDE IN SPRING
The genocide in Bosnia-Herzegovina broke out in full in April 1992.
The targeted attack on the sovereign state of Bosnia-Herzegovina and the
subsequent genocide as well as the destabilization of all of Southeast Europe
had to be prevented.
At the latest, the proclamation of a republic of its own that violates the
constitution of Bosnia-Herzegovina and international law should have opened the
eyes of all governments in Europe.
Not only myself, but many with me in Europe, and also in the USA, including a
certain Senator Joe Biden, have been demanding since April 1992 that these
murders should be restricted to the gang of racists and their racist supporters
in Belgrade and elsewhere
shows.
MILITARY INTERVENTION
AGAINST GENOCIDE
It was clear from the beginning that this gang of extremists, war crimes and
murderers would not be able to understand that mass murders, concentration camps
and even a concept of purebred areas copied by the Nazis would no longer be
tolerated in Europe is implemented, which aims at the expulsion and
extermination of all other citizens, regardless of whether they have been living
peacefully together in this area for centuries in a majority or minority.
According to the declaration of the war criminal Karadzic, who proclaimed the RS
with the support of the war criminal Milosevic (then President of Serbia, died
as a war criminal accused in custody) on January 9, 1992, there was enough time
for clear and tough actions, after the experiences in Croatia one more to
prevent worse recurrence in Bosnia-Herzegovina.
The later course of the war has shown that limited military means (bombing from
the air) and the provision of the democratically legitimized government with
military means (as is happening today for Ukraine) would have stopped the worst
excesses early and the ultra-nationalists at the Can force the negotiating
table.
OUTBREAK OF KOHL
BECAUSE OF MAJOR AND MITTERAND
The inactivity of those politicians who had every means (including military) to
avert the genocide, and above all the sheer nationalism in London and somewhat
weakened in Paris, are responsible for a total of millions of displaced,
injured, raped and dead. The lowest common denominator of the Europeans was the
mutual blockade, at the price of a raging genocide, which one only watched and
did nothing concrete about it.
Apart from a few exceptions, the outburst of anger of the then Federal
Chancellor Kohl on the evening of a European summit in Copenhagen (after Paris
and London refused to agree to Bosnia's self-defense and here the lifting of the
arms embargo against Bosnia), not much happened.
Every essential action was blocked or degraded to ineffectiveness, especially by
the then French President Mitterrand and the then British Prime Minister Major.
CHIRAC CHANGES THE SITUATION - TOO LATE
It was only when a new French president, Jacques Chirac, came into office that
the blockade of France changed and, as a result, the attitude of a then isolated
Britain.
All of this came too late, and the signs and facts of genocide were already well
before Srebrenica.
Anyone could know who looked closely.
2 MILLION DEAD,
IN ONLY THREE AND A HALF YEARS
In 1990, before the war, Bosnia had around 4.4 million inhabitants. In the
meantime, war, displacement and emigration after the hopelessness have shrunk to
only 3.5 million after the war. That means a loss of 900,000 people, which means
over 20% loss of population. The disaster began with war and genocide, and a
fundamentally wrong political agreement at Dayton intensified it.
The dramatic numbers, not just the 100,000 dead, in the three and a half years
of war and genocide in Bosnia-Herzegovina have to be put into relation to be
able to understand the tremendous destruction at all.
One can do this most clearly with the example of Germany; Germany has around 20
times as much population as Bosnia.
• 100,000 dead would mean 2,000,000 (2 million) deaths for Germany - in just
three and a half years!
• 1,000,000 displaced persons would mean 20,000,000 (20 million) for Germany -
in three and a half years!
• 8,374 dead in Srebrenica would mean over 167,000 deaths for Germany.
• 5,200 dead in Prijedor would mean 104,000 deaths in German standards.
Note on the genocide of Prijedor: The mass murders in the eastern Bosnian city
of Prijedor began early in 1992 and it is estimated that a total of 5,200 people
were killed. Their crimes: not being Serbs. A total of around 14,000 victims
were counted in the Prijedor region.
Almost all of these dead could have been prevented.
DAYTON REWARDS GENOCIDE
The controversial, dangerous Dayton Agreement was only signed in 1996, four
years and many tens of thousands of deaths after the start of the genocide on
January 9, 1992.
Instead of punishing the genocide with this agreement, deterring future
perpetrators and keeping the promise of NEVER AGAIN, the diplomats in Dayton
have implemented the principle AGAIN.
"REPUBLIC GENOCIDE"
A republic based on genocide was officially recognized in this international
treaty of Dayton as a part of a state rescued from extinction and division by
NATO military means. The fact that the political leadership of
Bosnia-Herzegovina signed this treaty is still controversial within Bosnia.
However, in Dayton and before that, the international community had the
political and, above all, military power not to ratify this genocide and to
prevent this official recognition of the RS.
Instead, they gave in to the war criminal Milošević, who represented the war
criminals Karadžić and Mladić, and granted him the republic that had nowhere
previously existed, and thus a trophy for genocide, as an incentive to sign a
treaty that was terrible for the victims.
POLITICAL TUMOR "RS"
With this agreement, Bosnia-Herzegovina, which was already badly damaged by the
war, was amputated and a political tumor was also left. This political tumor is
still at work today, damaging Bosnia-Herzegovina as well as the stability of the
entire Balkans.
The cancer of racism and nationalism, the political dreams still dreamed in
Belgrade of a Greater Serbia, for which many other innocents had to die and
perhaps should die again in the future, that Dayton implanted with the
nationalist and racist cancer RS.
DAYTON - A TICKING TIME BOMB
This is one of the reasons why Dayton remains a political suicide mission, a
ticking time bomb for stability and peace in the Balkans, far beyond Bosnia.
The inactivity and unwillingness of Europeans to resist aggression and genocide
with determination remains a failure of the most powerful countries in
civilization, and it remains a shame.
This failure is not just a moral shame. It is. But it may not be a political
catastrophe for the future of Europe any more.
Not only the recent storm on the Capitol in Washington shows, by a completely
different example, how far extremism escalates, what extremist nationalism and
racism can become if one does not take decisive action against it.
The inglorious, simply cowardly and sometimes scheming role of the international
community, including the United Nations, has meanwhile been dealt with many
times with regard to Bosnia. What is missing are consequences.
The Dayton Treaty with its constitutional and political amputation of a
sovereign member state of the United Nations, but above all with the political
cancer of the RS, which was founded by war criminals, must finally be revised by
the international community and the Bosnian political elite after 25 years and
its clearly negative consequences will.
EUROPEAN CONSTITUTION
OF DAYTONISTAN
Dayton must be replaced by a modern constitution based on the European model.
Because Dayton was a truce, not a form of government.
Nor does Dayton, as diplomats often claim, protect the peace.
On the contrary, Dayton promotes racism and nationalism, already war criminals,
denies genocide (even rewards it!) And thereby endangers stability not only in
what is in Herzegovina, but also in that, by promoting racism and further
efforts towards secession and expansion, especially of Serbian nationalism
entire Balkans.
DANGER OF WAR OF SERBIAN NATIONALISM
RECONCILIATION THROUGH PROCESSING
Germany's danger of war on Europe could only be ended after German nationalism
and racism had been finally put in their place, worked up and largely
eradicated.
The danger of war in the Balkans, which still emanates from Serbia, due to the
fate of the RS, a foundation of Serbian nationalist war criminals, either
increases because the international community continues to deceive itself and
does nothing except to make political statements with empty phrases because one
cannot agree on a powerful European change.
Or the danger of war can finally be averted and driven as a ghost from the
Balkans. This, however, requires determined leadership, tough decisions against
nationalists and a reconciliation process that is based on truth and justice and
which therefore deserves the name.
SERBES IN BOSNIA - YES
REPUBLIKA SRPSKA - NO
Reconciliation begins with speaking the truth. The Republika Srpska is a
genocidal entity. It has no right to exist.
The Serbs in Bosnia do have a right to exist. Like all other citizens of
Bosnia-Herzegovina, they are entitled to an offer of peaceful and friendly
coexistence within the framework of a modern, liberal, neither nationalist nor
racist concept of a European democracy.
2021: WITHOUT ALTERNATIVES FOR BIDEN AND MERKEL
That is what the new American President Joe Biden, the German Chancellor Angela
Merkel, the international community and the eventually courageous High
Representative for Bosnia-Herzegovina, Valentin Inzko, will have to strive for
in 2021.
They have to do it if they do not want to see the peace in the Balkans
endangered again in the long term.
To paraphrase Angela Merkel: there is no alternative.
